I'm Andrew, the new Head of Data and Performance at blubolt. I have over two decades of experience in digital transformation and a deep passion for delivering data-driven strategy, and I am thrilled to join the team at blubolt.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of leading digital transformations across various organisations. At The Royal Mint, I played a pivotal role in supporting a digital revolution that reshaped how the organisation connects with its customers. By enhancing customer journeys, boosting conversion rates, and significantly improving the Net Promoter Score, we elevated the overall customer experience and drove substantial business growth. Leading multidisciplinary teams, I integrated agile methods to deliver iterative digital change proven through experimentation and evidenced with data.

Weaving narratives to inform strategy.

But for me, it's never just about the numbers - it's about weaving narratives from data that inform strategy and resonate with people.

That’s a key learning I gained as Digital Director at Cardiff-based Hoffi, where I collaborated with a diverse range of clients to optimise their user experiences. I delivered successful, user-centred solutions for numerous Direct to Consumer (D2C), Business to Business (B2B), and government organisations. I consider this a significant advantage in developing experience that allowed me to immerse myself in various industries, understand unique challenges, and craft strategies that drove results. My journey from Interactive Designer to a leader in Digital Performance and Innovation has been fueled by more than just design thinking and numbers; it's about using data to drive thinking that informs business strategy, fosters growth, and enriches customer experiences.

I'm excited to bring this wealth of experience to blubolt, where I'll empower our teams and clients through advanced data analysis. By growing our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) functions, we'll enhance our digital service offer and deliver even greater value to our clients.
