The brand was ready to upgrade to Shopify 2.0 and Shopify Plus, seeking a flexible, high-performance storefront capable of supporting rapid growth.

The new Shopify 2.0 theme provided a flexible, modular design system, perfectly suited to Casablanca’s rich photography and bold creative assets. The layout and navigation were reimagined to guide users through the brand world, encouraging exploration while maintaining clarity and ease of use.

2. A seamless tech stack for high performance & growth.
To enable high performance behind the scenes, blubolt implemented a unified, efficient tech stack that enhances every stage of the customer journey.
Key integrations included:
- Klaviyo for automated, personalised email journeys.
- Narvar for intuitive returns management.
- Gorgias for streamlined customer support.
- Boost Commerce for intelligent product search and filtering.
- Smart Wishlist and product recommendations for increased AOV and retention.
- Rewind, Launchpad, and Consentmo for data protection, scheduling, and compliance.

3. Tracking, insight, & preparing for global expansion.
A critical part of the project was resolving data and tracking inconsistencies. blubolt overhauled GA4 implementation to provide accurate behavioural insights, ensuring the team could measure, test, and optimise every customer interaction. With this visibility, Casablanca can now make informed, data-driven decisions aligned with its growth goals.
Looking ahead, blubolt also advised on internationalisation strategies using Shopify Markets, positioning the brand to expand seamlessly into the US and other global regions.
